You aren't providing much information here about which country you're in now, which country you'll be in, and for how long.
If - for example - you're all going to Canada to stay and have visa for that already, etc - change address to Canada when you arrive, should be able to do landing in Canada. If you're going somewhere for a week - don't bother.
Then yes, you should advise of change of address to Bangladesh. The main/only difference being you'd have to submit passport to VFS there instead of in the UK. (It actually is possible to do so anywhere through VFS but still a good idea to advise of address change0>

Should one advise of address change if it applies to both the PA or Sponsor? Or just one of them is necessary?
What if the PA was on a long trip for a few months, but not moving to this country permanently (i.e. on tourist visa, still have house in home country and will return to home country eventually but no return date in mind yet)

Sorry about that. Thanks for your time answering this! Let's go with this one below.

Hi everyone!
My partner applied for an ICT work permit and it seems his application is at the London visa office. Apparently a review is required but everything else is passed and no documents are needed. How long will he need to wait for this? He applied august 20th and submitted biometrics on August 25th and passed his medical on September 17th. He applied from the Netherlands

The eligibility review? No one knows for certain how long your partner needs to wait... I'd say, wait with it until the end of this month and practice some patience. He might get an update soon, or in the mids of november or at the end or who knows maybe unfortunetely it will happen next month.
The good thing is that they are working on his application and LVO might already be working on the review.
Thanks. They asked for an updated Police Clearance Certificate, Family information form and probably one or two more similar forms. Probably it all expired because of them taking so long.
UPDATE
Got Decision Made and GCKey status now says Approved. I can also see a visa information there with expiry in April. Perhaps this is the visa they are going to stamp on my passport?
Also! VFS emailed me saying IRCC has dispatched my passport and it's on it's way to me.

After some work, here's the recent movement on spousal applications in London. Hope you find this information useful! Let me know if you have any suggestions.
