Dear all Seniors.

Plz tell me one thing my passport will expire on end of the jan 2011 and may be i will visited in dec 2010 to india and nepal.and this is because i want to renew my passport , should i inform to chc london for this new passport if yes? how can i update chc london for my new passport.

1. send them hard copy of my new passport ?
2. inform chc london by email. ?


what's your suggestion?

I have done same recently , you should apply for your passport once you recived it you have to send notarized copy to VO. i am not sure if is there any particular form as my lawyer request me to send them only copy of new passport i dono if he filled any of those probably only a covering letter.

Just to let you know... Checked the ecas status on Tuesday and we have moved into "In Process", hooray!!!

We can now see light at the end of the tunnel. However, we now feel very nervous, with thoughts of the application failing. Now the long wait hoping for our medical request.

Has anybody else moved into "In Process" today?

Ali Haidear you said but my personal experience they don't reply if every thing is fine ....but if they find there is something missing they reply within 3 days time..... how do u send ur doc.. if through some courier .... be patience it will be fine....


The above is wrong as i have contacted them before,everything was fine and i got a reply within 3 days telling me that the request for my medicals was on the way when i did!!

Thanks for your congrats. One month wait for the medical? I thought medicals and passport requests have slowed up? It would be great though, if it was a month.

recently London V.O became faster than before
me and other 3 applicant applied in October 2009 received medical between 15 days and 45 days

London V.O request passport after sending medical & RPRF if every thing is O.K

they replied because they have a proper answer ....other wise they don't reply if your e case status is similar to you condition...

Keep in mind all of us are not expert but we are advising based on personal experiences OK

i applied in August 2009 and final documents were submitted feb 29 2010, in may they ask for additional documents and submitted again on 29 june so i got medical request on 15 August , means after 1 and half month of submitting additional documents, and i submitted medical on 22 Sep 2010 ...let us see when will get passport request.......

If you have got first AOR. For full docs you have to send docs to CHC London [UK]. Islamabad is no more VO for pakistan applicants. Below is the mailing address:-
