One of the very reasons of the existence of the LMO process is to guarantee that the average salary for your category is not reduced by hiring foreign workers that accept to do the same job for less money.
Probably your employer made you an offer that is more than 15% (if I recall correctly) lower than the average.
Hi everyone,
I'm from Bangladesh. I applied for TFWP through a overseas consultancy office in September 2012. I received my second letter in February 2013. And now I'm waiting for my lmo. I went to the office and they are saying I'll get my lmo by this month. As they are saying it from the last 3 months. If anybody is in the same situation as I am please contact me. Or anybody in here is from Bangladesh and applied for work permit please contact.
Thanks.
But they didn't inform me what is going on regarding my papers. As per my Agency they told me that within this month there is a big chance that i will receive my LMO.
Hoping and Praying. GOD BLESS
LMO applied: 29 July 13
LMO approved: 11 Oct 13.
Applied in Ontario.
My suggestion, given current processing times, forget about receiving your outcome for atleast 11 to 12 weeks. Expectation of LMO approval earlier than this timeline only led to disappointment for me.
Same here applied on 29 july and get approve today 11th oct
did you received approval paper? as i check today online status saw me confirm. did not received yet any approval letter.
