Did you apply online? If you applied online you can see that there's a system update in your account. There you can see your UCI above your application. Also they added "Review of eligibility" and "Background"

I think we don't need to click on that part. Maybe that's just an upgrade. Wherein we can see our UCI. As far as I know they only give a UCI number in a letter.

send CSE i.e. Case Specific Enquiry to CIC.
Ask ur agent to do so...Update thm wth new offer letter for september if they need as may intake is already over.

yes from today user interface update in cic portal which was common for everybody i guess.
I too now have the uci number written at the top of the portal.
My status changed from "we recieved your application" to "we are processing your application",
new rows such as Review of eligiblity came up for which is under review,
review of additional documents also changed from we dont need any to we are reviewing the docs you provided.
bg check:not applicable.
Rest everything is same..
