Dec 2013 application sent
Mar 2014 owp received
June 13,2014 Aip and mr received..

Just have a question, im married with husband as a dependant, does he have to submit a CENOMAR? And we have one requirement imm5475e (for guardian) do i have to fill that up too?

CENOMAR for married is called advisory on marriage, form for guardian is completed if you have a minor dependent child in custody of a guardian other than either of the parents.

I guess you don't have to worry now coz mine took a month and 1 week before I got my AOR. I submitted nov 26, 2013 then I received my AOR january 3, 2014.

hi KatrinaMichelle write on the instruction is 6pcs passport size photo.paste one to IMM0008 for each family member, I did not write the name on it.husband my dependent.
