Are your dependants back home in your home country? I'm beginning to wonder if this case is peculiar to my home country alone. Also, how long after the follow-up call did you receive the forms?. I wasn't given any concrete answers. The lady i spoke to when i called CIC says the forms may be sent by email. But my son is only 7 years-old and i didn't fill in any email address for him on my application forms. To this she replied that the home office might decide to send it to my email. It's just so confusing. She did say it may take a few weeks though for the forms to reach my family. If i don't get anything by next week, i will be giving them another follow-up call.
My dependants are all in the Phiippines. There may be different ways for medicals for each country. I really can't tell though. I did about 3 follow-ups and it would be like almost two weeks from my first call/request before i receive the med forms for my dependants. You may want to clarify again your concerns with them, the agents are very friendly and helpful. Good luck to you & your family.
There are only 3 options that can happen to a PR application...get approved, rejected / refused and withdrawn by the applicant while in process. I think LIC should apply for PR within 4 years of his/her stay as caregiver otherwise he/she must go home.

thank you! I am praying for it. But what makes me worried is that your ecas lhen and my friend changed last april saying medical results received and then June you all get your AIP. but mine nothing changed still application received. But I know nothing is impossible with God. Prayer works!
I'm getting anxious now, I've been waiting for the interview letter for 1 month now since i got my 2nd email. Anybody has an idea if this is normal? :-(
If you opt for option 2 you need to have a summary in detail of yout time sheet with your employers signature. If you are on holiday even if paid i dont see how it will help your needed hours as you are not working on those days.
