For those folks who got their CoPR/PR CARD

Questions

1. After P2, how long did you get ur copr in the portal?

2. Is the CoPR #, the same # in the PR tracker?

3. After u received the CoPR, how long before you receive your PR card?

4. After you received PR card in the mail, did you renew your SIN right away? If so, whats the process?

I just want to get insights as I dont know how long the process is. Any ideas will be appreciated.

Thanks

Hello,

Did you get an email or something regarding PR card? I haven't received mine yet

Only saw 2 ghost updates on my gckey about it. First was they put a date on Final Decision. The second was they told me that the PR card has been mailed and it will take 6 weeks to deliver. I only waited for 5 days though

1. It took me almost a month before I got my eCoPR from P2
2. Yes it is
3. It took me a week before I got my PR card in my mail
4. Yes. Walked in to Service Canada just to have it changed. Then waited for a week before I called the CRA about the changes of my SIN number.

You can get your new SIN with just the eCOPR, you dont need to wait for the PR card.

Haven't updated here, but my last update was August 14th for medical passed and silence since then. I got the tracker working last week and it says that my background verification is in progress but that's it, no date or anything. Hopefully I will get anything.

Btw, my PVO is Sydney and SVO is Ottawa......
Do you have any updates?
