You should be able to. Your representative’s email address should be on file correct?

yes, i have a representative but he said he couldn't register it online. I tried myself but it says doesn't match with the details I put. I

Are you using UCI of PA or Sponsor? I used PA'a details.

That's odd We also had error but we were entering birthplace wrong. It has to be same as in application which has both city and province

If you have a middle name, try adding it. That was the issue with mine. Good luck.
