Hi All, We received request to submit photographs of our wedding depicting marriage ceremonies such as Nikah showing PA and sponsor signing Nikahnama in the presence of the Qazi on October 14th 2021 we submitted the same on 21st October 2021, We have not hear back anything after that. Have anyone been in the same case Please let us know.

Similarly, I got a request for additional PCC documents in August and I submitted them using webform. There have been no updates or acknowledgement for those submitted documents. It still says "We need additional documents to process your application. We will send you a letter or email with details."

They dont usually respond. Unfortunately not much we can do.

Hi, my husband passed his medical exam on the 27th of october and since then we haven’t gotten any progress. I’ve been waiting for his pre arrival letter. Why is it taking so much time im super worried. I sent an email to the visa office last week but didn’t get any response.

Same situation. I passed my medical passed last October 12 and no updates until now. No aor2 no pre-a. I've been using the webform 1-2 times a month, still got the same automated response.

I am a june 23rd applicant. received pre-arrival on december 31st. In the new tracker https://prt-srp.apps.cic.gc.ca/ i see everything is completed including background on Feb1st, still no DM/PPR. Ane one from june has the same status?

We received our AOR on 20th August 2021 and nothing since then. We are considering doing upfront medical.
The PA is from Mumbai, India. We would like to hear from anyone who has taken upfront medical exam from India.

Order your gcms notes or contact mp.

It's unlikely upfront medical will speed things up (possibly unlike other types of immigration). If that's the reason you wish to do it.

If you have not received sponsor approval, that's possibly the cause of delay. Is sponsor in Canada?

We did order GCMS notes in November but haven't received them yet. True we haven't received SA either but the sponsor has been in Canada all through and for over 6 months before the process (also has been employed throughout the process never been on social assistance)

I was hoping it would expedite things when it comes to processing the PA side of the application since they would have all the details at their disposal already (biometrics are already in the system)

It's up to you bit i doubt it would speed things up. It might in some specific cases though.

Great news here! We just got the PPR email, so I guess we're already at the end of our application journey and ready for the real journey to begin .
Here's our updated timeline. After waiting 203 days for AOR1 it went really fast.
