t lets you create the tracker after 2 business days from AOR. IRCC is a little slow, they will send the email in about 1-2 weeks to create the tracker account :) (expect an automated email even though you already created the tracker)

Here is the link to register for the tracker - https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/register

when you login to the tracker for the first time, the date updated at the top reflects the day it is marked In-Progress/ECAS (usually the same day you create the tracker which is 2 days after AOR)

okay, thanks! I was able to register on this tracker today. It's exactly 48 hours after getting the AOR. So .. my In Process/ecas is July 17, yes?
