If you would like to see scanned copies of all submitted documents/communication with CIC - apply for physical notes. If you want to see the status of your processing - electronic files. You can apply for both by different requests, it is done online now so its pretty quick and convenient.
Hi nikkit, First of all, congrats on receiving MR & RPRF. This is what you could do
1) Pay the RPRF
2) Print the receipt. Fill all the details in the receipt and scan it.
3) Send the receipt to the CPP Cost Recovery email address (CPPO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca)
4) For biodata file, it is an .htm file, you can open it in MS Word, enter the details, print it and scan it or save as PDF.
5) The biodata & RPRF receipt can then be sent in an email to ottpilot-immigration@cic.gc.cal.

another question, for the biodata form, on top it says Application number, that is the one that starts with E0000XXXXX right? I'm surprised they do not ask for Client ID number...
I guess u should tell us what is second confirmation....never heard anybody talking about it on the forum.......
Guess asking CIC helpline might help u better

Yes, the one that starts with E0000 is the application number. Please use this as primary reference number to email CIC. Of course, you can also provide client Id too.
