That's what i saying if mario was a good lawyer then why he failed to get settlement from ircc lawyer. Whatever was the final decision which was very good from judge but ircc lawyer didn't offer the settlement even that was the strong case but I got settlement and it is without mario even without any lawyer

Settlement depends on several factors. Some opposing counsels settle, some don't. This is an old case, the dynamics were different at that time and IRCC was not overburdened with applications midst pandemic.

I checked and was told it would take less than 10 days. Hence I am also eager to know from @Greeny786 about when was the Rule 9 invoked if the notes came in 8 days. Was it 2021?

That is an incredible timeline. I am assuming this is 2022

Looking at your signature, I see the settlement offer was made on Feb 18th

Would you be able to just copy paste the content in your settlement offer? Like does it state the case would be re-assigned for another officer's review? I am just trying to understand the process here and outcomes.

Purpose of visit they said from high level to low level i chose one year civil tech certificate in college. I argued in second application and they eliminated this objection but still purpose of visit they said study plan and career etc but the main issue was cleared about high to low level. I earning 2500 cad monthly and 8 months salary bank statement were attached , one year fees paid advance, 35000 diram shown as bank statement for living expenses plus property documents

Yes i will update, today i submitted settlement proposal with webform to Abu Dhabi office and requested to reopen my file as per lawyer terms and conditions

Do you know after refusal how many days or deadline we can submit request for reconsideration. My child visa refused after me. My decision came on 16 Dec. His refusal decision came 9 Feb TRV age 4, i will wait for my approval then i can request for child reconsideration because i am PA and his application linked with me
