My parents are applicants but I have applied online on behalf of them. And there is a use of representative form that you need to submit in this situation. You have to declare to IRCC if you apply on behalf of someone. Thanks

I applied on behalf of my dad using my GCKey account. I first answered "yes" to the use of representative. But I was later having issues to get my dad to print the form, sign it, scan it, and send it back to me (he's not very tech-savy 70 year old man). So I changed it to no and didn't attach that form. I wrote down on the invitation letter that I was applying on behalf of him appointing his challenge with technology (a short sentence, nothing long). He got approval within 10 days.
