No need, unless they require from you later on.
Canada can anyway check your travel history within the 5 years through the CBSA, so if you truthfully mentioned you've been to UK and that matches with the travel history you indicated then you're safe there.

Yes, my application was received at IRCC on 14th October. Waiting for further update.
