No need, unless they require from you later on.
Canada can anyway check your travel history within the 5 years through the CBSA, so if you truthfully mentioned you've been to UK and that matches with the travel history you indicated then you're safe there.

Okay sounds good. I am actually inviting my gf to canada. So was wondering if she should show it
 
Oh I see, so it's your GF not you are applying, I see that now...all good, since she is only visiting and not applying as PR, so its still safe.
