Any updates for Sept applicants? Medicals passed on Jan 9th and no update after that. Raised webform on Jan 21st and still waiting to hear back from them. Not sure whats happening with the file. Is there a contact number to reach out IRCC from India. I spoke with IRCC agents in Canada and they said the file is in India and wont be able to give any update.

now have a question that my mother in lawnis already arrived here as they have visitor visa. Now she should go back to home country to get supervisa stamped or we can send her passport to usa vfs for stamping by 2-way courier?
Hey All, I got my parents medical pass on Jan 18th and on tracker bio, medical and eligibly is also completed. I had purchased their insurance initially with start date as Feb15 and now have pushed that date to Jun 1 as not sure by when we will get the visa. In these cases, do we need to provide IRCC with updated insurance form as the start date is updated now?

Super Visa insurance usually has a tentative start date, but coverage typically begins when the person arrives in Canada. Always check the policy terms to confirm.
For IRCC, the insurance must be valid for at least one year from the entry date. If you've already provided proof of insurance, updating them may not be necessary. However, if the new policy has a different start date, it might be a good idea to send the updated version via a webform for clarity.
Hope this helps!
Here is my timeline.
Applied on sept 16
Bio passed on sept 20
Medicals upfront submitted on October 3
Medicals and eligibility passed on Jan 9
Background check still in progress
Its been more than 130 days now and I'm running out of patience. :-(

Hi, I have a question about my mother’s super visa application. I submitted it under a super visa application but it shows as visitor’s visa.
The application got approved and the passport is at the visa office now. Do they stamp the visa category as V1 (visitor’s visa) or PG-1 (parent and grandparents visa)?
