I would wait for a couple more days before raising a webform. Looks like the processing is speeding up now and you may be getting an update soon.
Sending a webform now could slow down the process in my opinion.

Hi I have a question.
application submisson- 16 sep
Eligibility and Biometric completed
Medical and background is still under progress
My mother's passport is expiring this year. so, I have given passport for renewal in January but has not recieved new passport yet.
What shoul I do? Should I inform IRCC and update them through webform about passport renewal or should I wait for new passport which gonna take around 2 weeks more and then update them about new passport details.
Does it have any negative impact on my application??

Super visa processing time is 124 days and I past the 124 days what should i do now i applied sept 20 and January 15,2025 got medical passed

Bio passed on sept 20
Medicals upfront submitted on October 3
Medicals and eligibility passed on Jan 9
Background check still in progress
Its been more than 130 days now and I'm running out of patience. :-(

Hi, I would submit a webform once you have received the new passport with the details. I am not sure if there is another better way of doing this, may be someone else can throw some light on this scenario.

You could submit a webform to enquire about the status and mention that you are past the processing timeframe.
Since your medicals is updated a week ago, I would think the approval should be coming soon. I had my parents medical updated on Jan 09 and got the PPR Jan 22.
So typically a couple of weeks wait, so I think you might get an approval next week or so.

Understand the frustration as we were in similar situation for my MIL. Hope you will receive an update soon. You could request an update via webform and mention that your application has passed the processing timeframe.

Hello Everyone,
I have a question related to my mom’s super visa. I applied her visa on September 13th and her application status right now is medical passes eligibility passed and the background is in progress. My sisters live in the US and they want my mom to travel to US now - so my question is can my mom leave to US now and when she receives her PPR can she submit her passport from the US ?
please let me know if anyone has an experience doing this or any idea related to this ? I am having a baby soon and I need my mom to come to canada before that but my sisters also wants to spend some time with my mom at this moment so we have a time constraint- that is why we are exploring other options. Please help !!
