I am not the admin of the sheet, you can request it from the owner.

We have voted in the WhatsApp group to stop sorting the newly entered data manually by date to avoid any confusion/mistakes as there are some updates in the comments section per user.

The owner has the right with a formula to automatically sort by application date, he joins from time to time to sort the sheets by application sent date. This was communicated to me by a very senior member here when i asked him

Hope this clarifies regarding sorting the data.

That's for different official names you had over time. Not for nicknames.

I found the Sheet Owner reply regarding sorting :

""Sorting is possible via script on either on App Delivery Date or Oath Date, not on AOR Date. It will be a bigger change at my end as it will be change in script, not a simple sorting on column. It will also impact all sheets, not one. Instead you can download and save your copy for this sheet and sort locally. Thanks""
