Thanks @forw.jane I am OK till now and handling it and keep it organized as much as possible :) If they can enter their data I am doing my best to review it every day or two :)

I think we should create a basic tracking database and website. It would be only editable by person created the entry using the email address. I can do that as I am a developer if people are willing to use it :D.

I think this exact spreadsheet has been on the forum since 2017, so people are used to it

It will be hard to ask them to convert everything to another website + I am not sure if everyone will be able to fill the new one and know where to put the information.... At least in this spreadsheet we have information up to now, .... don't know if someone will update their info as they get it or not.
