Hi I am trying to fill the form and it gives error at the end when validating saying the format of names are incorrect. cant figure out what is wrong? any idea?

Hello, I am applying for my Citizenship through online. I have a query regarding work/education question. I was working on a job for three years but I have moved a lot. During my work period, I have different residence time to time. So my question is.. I have to write same work title with different dates and different addresses?
Like :
1st activity - web dev - from jan 2020 - to nov 2021 ON
2nd activity - web dev - from nov 2021 - to Dec 2022 AB
?

Also I have done my study during Pandemic, which was totally remote, so during that time while filing my education or specifically college details, should I mention my home address or college address.. I was physically present at home, all my classes was from home (remote classes).
