I see on the tracker some people that applied online can see their application on ECAS. How is it possible? Can online applications be checked from ECAS?

No the ECAS tap is just that they were able to link their application to the tracker

What is the URL for the tracker, do we get any email (or credentials) to log into the tracker after the AOR

You create it after the AOR 48-72 Hours with your UCI & Application No you get in the AOR
