Our paper app was delivered on 6th Jan however now AOR yet. I see the tracking sheet shows that people want after 6th Jan have started receiving AORs emails. I emailed IRCC but a a generic reply from them, also not received the returned app yet, in case IRCC has returned our app.
What to do? Also I was wondering after getting back our app, can I and my wife apply online and send our son's app (minor) on paper? Would that work? Because paper app timelines are ridiculous and online gives you an opportunity to send missing docs as well.
Pls let me know if anyone is in the same boat, paper app delivered early Jab and still awaiting AOR or returned app.

It is nice that yours is progressing... I applied on January 9th, AOR and IP on January 27, but still no movement. besides that "mysterious" March 2nd ghost update. Maybe BC (Vancouver) is slower

I got an ghost update shown as March 2nd. Everything is unchanged. Do you guys receive emails when something got updated? I never got any email except for AOR
I mailed my paper application with my daughter's on January 12th and it was received on January 16th.
Today I received an email to track my application which is weird because I am still waiting for my aor like you guys did. In thay email, it mentioned that my application was created in their system February 21st, 2023.
So I decided to call the CSR, I was given my application number and that of my daughter. And that everything is in progress except test and ceremony. And that I will receive my test invite very soon as they can see its progress.
I will advise anyone that is still waiting to call the CSR for verification and update. Make sure you have your client number ready for them.
