quick question - If you have submitted a paper application, how do you get an AOR? does it comes as a email?

Hi All,

I have submitted Paper application for 3 including minor. I have received AOR for me and my kid, whereas AOR not received for my spouse.
Received AOR: Feb 22nd 2023
Logged in to tracker and verified the status for me and my kid. It is inProgress.

Do you guys face similar situation when all the 3 applications submitted in one envelope, and received AOR only for 2 not for 1.

Hi, if you provided an email in your application, then AOR would arrive via email.

I don't, actually! I think they requested fingerprints because I never had to give them when I applied for PR, so I have no biometrics in their system at all.

I couldn't access the citizenship tracker until noon yesterday. I received email from IRCC yesterday that the technical issue has been resolved.
