Does anybody know how or if Toronto are prioritizing their applications? I'm still awaiting 'in process' status (AOR 2-Sep-20). Toronto has loads of Jan candidates awaiting this, yet there are Feb applicants with 'in process' confirmation. TO seems to be the office with the worst backlog, assume this is volume related... but one would assume they have a bigger dept than other offices?

I feel your frustration! I live in Toronto and got my AOR on August 19, still waiting for 'in process' status to change.
Considering calling them and ask them what is happening there...

My application returned back due to missed one page from the application. is there is any need to re-update the date and the signature at the last pages or just add this page

Sorry to hear.
Just add the page and return. (as-is).
This has been a norm for them to find a reason to return applications.
What was your timeline? deliver date etc?
