September 2020: Requested of Additional Documents/Info.
March 2021: Background Verification changed to "Completed."
October 2022: Invited to an interview and requested a missing document.
May 2023: Prohibition & Physical Pres. changed to "Completed."
June 2023: Invited to the Oath Cerm.
July 2023: Citiz. Cert. was Picked Up.

It was a VERY long wait. We made TOO many contacts via web forum, call center, contacting with our MP, etc...

I hope there's no more open files of January 2020 applicants.
