Hi! Could someone please advise as its URGENT. My citizenship application is currently in process and I am deciding to move to a Ontario. I have applied the application from Manitoba. Do I need to change my address as i have my family that lives here in Manitoba. I am thinking if its not necessary to change the address than I don't have to worry about IRCC then having to move my file to a different province. Also, I have my family here so I will not miss any communication if they were to reach out to me
If you can commute to Manitoba for test and oath, then you don't have to change the address. Keep in mind that you might get appointments in short notice.

I mean emergency as in leaving country & having to visit family abroad. If you don't have family abroad or dont foresee any situation to travel, i guess you can manage without renewing it..
CIC doesnt have any plan to conduct tests currently. No one knows when they will start on it.
Start applying to renew your card as its going to be very long time before you see a sign for test. This will help you travel without waiting for citizenship.
Hello. I lost my landing documents. Does anyone know if I would need it during the Citizenship application process or would my PR card suffice? Otherwise I can request for a replacement document. Please let me know.

Looking at the comments & the current timelines, guess i should apply for my PR card renewal (it expires in May'21)... i only got in process on 15th October... so clearly this is going to take a lot more time with high likelihood of the PR card expiring. What a mess! And the immigration targets are now set even higher with no clarity on expediting the current line up.
Originally Oct 2019 applicant, Now a Jan 2020 applicant.
Status: NO AOR.
I know 2 of our applications were already approved (as per the letter that we got, without AOR), while 1 of them had an error (missing checkbox).
Is it safe to send another application package while I see no response on the 1st application? Would it cause discrepancy?
1. This happened in Jan and sent your application with the missed checkmark filled in Jan?
2. Did you try checking status online using uci? I assume you have done it already.
Did you try submitting feedback form like others? I dont know if this is effective but some were lucky to get it in 2 weeks after the feedback.
Few have sent it second package knowing the mistake happened in the first package hence you can try for sure with the letter of explanation saying you have sent it in Jan but no AOR yet (as its been too long for Jan to wait for AOR).

Hi Subtan, how I can get this details about my status. When I check for my status in cic website, I have only one word “in process” no more details like you have.
Called CIC today.
The agent was a bit surprised that my application did not receive an AOR.
I provided the delivery confirmation , and said. she will forward it to the respective "office" (Not sure which one).
I received an email indicating below
