6. Info for where the applicant intends to live in Canada: The details you enter here should match with those you in the form
a) Enter Province
b) Enter City

7. Marital Status

8. Number of family members, including the primary applicant, that are part of this application: (sponsor + spouse)

NOTE: Sometimes putting MARITAL STATUS as SINGLE works.

I used the following info to link the application:
- Selected Applicant Name and Date of Birth as identity (since I don't have application number yet)
- Selected PA's passport info for the next step
- Entered "2" for total number of people in the application (sponsor and PA)

It says the application has not been started or I added the wrong info....

To be honest, I’m not really sure what info to put in. We paid the fee. Do we put in the numbers above the barcode? And do we use the sponsors surname or the applicants last name?

Others succeeded after they chose application # and Family name, and did not fill place of birth and county of birth....left them completely blank...not even a space.

Others entered marital status as single instead of married
