If they wanted additional documents/interview/etc at this point when it's relatively early in the process, would they have told us by now, or do those requests usually come much later on?
I'm all for no news is good news, but is it even too early to have heard anything?

I'm not sure if there will be much in them at this point. It really depends on if they have actually started working on it yet but no way to know that unless you order the notes
It's only $5 so not much of an investment and gives me something to look forward to so why not. I am hoping to at least see the officer's notes from Mississauga to the VO as have read on here that they give a bit of a summary and note any concerns they have to give the VO a heads up.

And the info is apparently almost 30 days old by that time as they run the notes soon after the request but just don't send them for 30 days. A bizarre system but I guess it keeps requests for notes to one per month at the most.
Hello, Just would like to hear some experiences or opinions on my situation,I am a Canadian Citizen , Currently living in Europe with my husband who is From Libya , But has Refugee Status here We applied out land in January 2016 We have been living together now for almost three years here. we are Married, WHY DOES IT SEEM THAT WHENEVER I TALK TO PEOPLE EITHER BACK HOME , OR HERE THEY TELL ME THAT MY HUSBAND GETTING INTO CANADA IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE? We hired a lawyer do arrange our paper work , Im getting really worried now!!!! Was all this a waste of our time ? Or is it just people giving their opinions?
