As the Sponsor, I got the SA on 15-Mar. I have not yet got AOR2.
Would I be getting the email of the AOR2 or would the Principal Applicant? And when can I expect to get AOR2?

They would not agree to this (unless you appointed yourself as your Spouses representative - in that case it would all go to you). Sponsor side and Principal Applicant side are kept separate from one another for a reason. Hence, why they ask the Principal Applicant if they consent to inform the Sponsor in the event CIC suspects fraud (based on the PA's application). Everything else from this point onwards (after SA), will deal with your Sponsored Person.
I applied for my wife who is in UAE. I got SA already and my wife's file has been transferred to Manila VO. However theres a confusion, my wife got a letter from CIC New Delhi for additional medical test result. My wife had undergone upfront medical in UAE, there's something on her x-ray and she had done several test to clear it off. We are still waiting for the result. But my question is, why CIC New Delhi has sent letter to my wife? Is there anyone who had same experience with us? The letter says "We are waiting for the additional test result, return to panel physician so and so before your application has reached DM". Failure to do so may result to refusal. Theres no deadline on the letter though for the additional result that they are requesting.
Got our AOR2 on 22-Mar-2016 to email id of Principal Applicant.
Spreadsheets have been updated. ECAS shows "In Progress" with file processing started at 21-Mar-2016

Hey everyone Im slightly confused and looking for anyone to explain me what it means. My husband is sponsoring me for PR.
So when i logged into ECAS this morning i saw two colums. One said sponsorship application that said "in process" and had 3 lines/pointers when i opened it. The column next to it had the heading of permenant residence status that also said "in process" and had 2 lines/points in it when i clicked it.
The column next to my husbands name said "decision made"
Does it mean they are working on my application? If so by when can i expect the status to update again which im guessing will be a DM?
The next step is that they send your application to the local visa for further processing. At this stage you and your relationship are assessed (including medical, background and security checks).
How long this will take is impossible to even ballpark guess without knowing your local visa office. It's anywhere from months to years.
