I'm trying to call the CIC on the 1.888.242.2100 as i exceeded the 57 days they provided on the website but i keep getting the automated message that they are experiencing high volume of phone calls and i get directed to the automated system and cannot reach an agent to talk to. Any ideas ?

I guess maybe try again at a different time such as right when the offices open. It seems some people have been successful with getting through to CIC by phone. Maybe there's a shortcut here though that I'm missing.
