Hi all,

My wife applied via outland through Vienna office so she could stay in Canada. She had a multi entry visa so we decided to go this route because of faster processing times. We finally got passport request today after 9 months of waiting! However, I have some questions on the next steps even after reading the document. Hope you can help!

1) Since she is already here in Canada, will she have to leave and re enter once getting the PR Card?
2) Do we "notify Vienna of a change in address" as it indicates in the letter by writing any updated information on a piece of paper when sending the passport to Vienna? Or how do we let them know that we are living somewhere else?
3) Are the passport sized photos that we sent with our application enough, or do we have to send 2 more photos?
4) Do we need to send the receipt (RPRF) again if we already paid and sent it with our initial application?
5) Should we send to Vienna office or send to Ottawa since my wife is already in canada?
5) Is there anything else I am missing? Or is all we need to do is send the passport with a note stating that our address has changed and wait for the card to come?

I am planning to do court marriage in india this year so that i can apply for my wife's visa this yeat and get married next year such that by the time i get married her visa is also stamped. I wish to know what all documents do i need apart from marriage certificate in order to apply her PR.

I think they basis is the medical expiration. You, suzy and me have almost close medical expiration.
