Yeah I checked it too earlier and found it peculiar since we've been having SA's for application received in 20th and 21st. I guess they forgot to change it!
Yeah, we put our lawyer's email address. We got AOR by email.

Congrats on completing part 1 of the process. Did you give your email address on the application? If not, then they send sponsor approval by post. If you did, they should email you, the sponsor.
Usually its good news, otherwise they would have sent your documents back a while back if there was something wrong.
Maybe they're trying to work more efficiently this week so they can catch the hockey games on tv!
Yesterday I went through our application forms to see if we accidently left anything unfilled and noticed we might have forgotten to write my husband's (the sponsor) phone number and e-mail. I really hope this was just some old version we filled and that we printed out a correct version. Argh! Do you think it will be a significant problem if indeed we forgot to write them? Or we'll be just stuck to wait for longer so info's get to us through snail mail?

I really hope we get it today too, otherwise it'll be a nail grinding fest this weekend. I wish that we indeed wrote down the phone number/e-mail infos. I hope they won't return the whole application to us D: Would be another 2 months wasted!

I am sure you would have received it back by now if they found problems. My friend had hers returned to her (missing signature) within the first two weeks. Fingers crossed you get AOR today.

Interesting! So they go through the apps when they get them, but don't send an AOR until the officer/worker actually starts working on the app? Awesome! So mine shouldn't get returned then.
I don't think they issue an AOR before sending it back. As they have a system to work after an officer will have his list and if an application number isn't in the pile there'll be confusion. Therefore only give an AOR for an app that can be worked on. They aren't allowed, I think, to do anything without the applicants consent, meaning the signature.
So what I am saying, they would have received an AOR that day, instead the received an email abt missing signatures
