I am finally able to see the online status of my application 2 days after recieving the SA. Also can anyone tell me if I will get another AOR from New Delhi my visa office abroad?

If they are following the rules, they should. You might inquire in the New Delhi thread to know if they are.

Any family member as long as its outland and January 2014 applications.
Yes, Ottawa VO is for applicants of United States.

I have a question,

After the Spouse application initially needs to be sent to CPC Mississauga . What is the VISA OFFICE that we need to mention in our application, if I am on West coast ? Can I still mention NEW YORK as VO Processing Office ? Does CPC themselves change it ? or transfer it ?

CPC transfers the sponsored application to the appropriate visa office. I think you can see which VO on ECAS but I'm not sure about that. Someone else who got ECAS already can answer?

Ok first of all, writing in all capital is considered shouting and rude on internet. If you want us to help, please keep it low.

Concerning your questions, spouse is considered family priority. Family priority means they will process your application before the economic (work) or student ones.
According to CIC website, if you're applying for permanent resident (PR), you have to mention Ottawa as your VO. It is indeed confusing because its also a Case Processing Center (CPC) but looks like its the right one. New York and Los Angeles are for temporary, tourist, and work visas.

Edit: And you send your application to CPC-Mississauga if the sponsored person is outside Canada. (Outland)

Not sure if this advice is any good, but I found that using the file number on ECAS is the one that works to show info on the person being sponsored and using the UCI gets you into info for the sponsor. Maybe that's just for me though, not sure.

Depends which UCI you use, the sponsor's or the applicant. If you use the applicant's UCI, then you get the PR application itself and if sponsor's, the you get just the sponsor application process.

The spreadsheet says you got AOR on Feb 3rd mrsjamie. I am guessing that is not correct then???

My representative got an acknowledgement of receipt via email from CPC-M on Feb 15 and I was approved as a sponsor on Feb 18th. My lawyer mailed it to CPC-M on Jan 10th but I did not have the tracking information to know exactly when it arrived per say. Hope that clarifies.
