Omg.. didn't know I could do that. Just did mine, it shows my spouse's name and mailing address(our lawyer's address) and date the application received. I guess they haven't processed it yet.

Is the sponsor living in Canada? If so, then it is very possible that the SA will come by regular mail. You might want to try to look into your junk folder too, maybe the email is there. But since ECAS says they made a decision on Feb 3, then most likely they sent out a letter to you. If you don't hear from them by the end of next week, you can try to call CIC and ask about your situation.
What you can also try is this:
Log in to ECAS with the file number provided in the AOR (the one that starts with F000) and with the details of the sponsored person. If you see an entry there, then most likely the decision on the sponsor is positive.
Thanks Avadava.
I tried the way you suggest, and I can find my permanent residence application details on ECAS and is as below.
1. We received your application for permanent residence on December 31, 2013.
2. Medical results have been received.
So I think I can be more positive for the coming letter.
Hi... may I join here... I am january applicant as well..
My husband is from BC and I am from philippines. We just sent our
Application last january hope to receive positive news from cic.

I just want to update my status and I am also very confused now.
I just checked my online status.
My sponsorship app status said that “We sent you a letter on February 4, 2014 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.”
I haven't received the letter yet, so I don't know if I got rejected or approved on February 4th 2014.
My PR app status was updated too, saying that medical result was received. Does that imply that I was approved?
I am going to mail my application in a week or 2. However, I have a question about the proof of income for 12 months preceding my application.
Since I did not receive my notice of assessment for the year of 2013.....should I provide the proof of income of 2012?

Yes. And a letter from your employer showing that you work full time and what you make in a year.
And, you need the option c printout which is different from notice of assessment. Call CRA to get one
