Hi firends, I moved to London about 2 years ago as refugee and my application for refuge has been accepted by the UK government. But unfortunately I don’t have a passport at the time just the “refugee travel document”
I want to know, can i study in the canada?!

Given your current status in the UK, you should expect a study permit Canada to be refused. You should wait until you have permanent residency in the UK before you apply for a study permit.
