I am a refugee claimant in Canada, I came in to Canada in 2019, can my wife who is a student in university in the UK visit me ? She’s on a study visa in the United Kingdom.
I will appreciate anyone with any information or way to go about it.

If she can get a TRV approved, then she can certainly visit you. It may be challenging for her to get a TRV given your status in Canada. However she can certainly give it a try. She will want to include evidence in her application that shows strong ties to her home country / the UK to show she has no plans on remaining in Canada long term.

Did you have a visa to enter the UK, had you visited the UK recently and/or is the reason for needing asylum also applicable to your spouse? The fact that your spouse is currently living in the UK where she could have claimed asylum may be something that comes up in your application. When did you spouse start studying in the UK? Are your children also in the UK? As already noted it will be very difficult for your spouse to get a TRV because she has temporary status in her location and you have applied for asylum. There will be concerns that she will not return to the UK and that she will remain in Canada. As already stated no harm trying.

Did you claim asylum in 2019? Have you had any hearings since 2019? It is quite unusual to still have cases waiting for their first hearing since 2019? Hpw did you enter Canada?
