My father moved to Canada in 2014, he was accepted as a refugee an got his PR in 2019. I moved to Canada last year (2021). The category in my CoPR is DR, which stands for Dependent of Refugee. I don't understand if this makes me a refugee or not, since I was never personally assessed.
I need to travel and my home country passport is about to expire, since I'm a DR, should I renew my passport and use it for travelling? Will this cause me problems in the future?
