As a refugee with Refugee Travel Document before becoming Permanent Resident, I was refused UK visa. Now, as a PR, I intend to apply for UK visa again. I would like to know if anyone has applied for UK visa with RTD? Is an invitation letter required to make the application stronger? I am currently unemployed, is employment a major factor on issuing the visa? Although, when I applied before becoming PR, I had a job. In case for any reason, I am refused again, is there a way that I can appeal or apply through immigration lawyer? Please share if you have had similar experience.
Thanks!
Since you've been refused once, I would recommend that you wait until you have been employed a few months before applying.

do they not have the 5 country agreement and would be on British immigration data base about the refugee denial
