Inquiry regarding passport submission to a different VO

Guys, I would like to know if anyone has the same experience as me and what would you advise me to do.

My first application was refused by Abu Dhabi VO. I reapplied thru my home country VO (online application) and now I received the PPR while I'm still here in Qatar. Do you think it is wise to submit my passport to Abu Dhabi VO for stamping? Given that they refused my initial application. I really need your insights here. Thank you in advance.

I believe if you applied through your home country VO, you have to submit your passport to them directly. The other VO doesn't have a clue you submitted a new application.
