Passport provide issue!

Please I need your kind and usual accurate answers!

It's expected to get visa officer request to send my passport in the couple of the next weeks. But, for some reasons, I won't be able to provide it until the end of next month.

Whatever the restriction reasons to provide the passport on time, I would like to ask if anyone had passed some kind of this situation, what are the best options, for example, I wonder about this points:
1- Can I get the approval in official document and delay the visa stamping till I be able to provide the passport?
2- Should visa stamping be done here in Abu Dhabi embassy or there is the possibility to stamp on arrival time in airport of Canada (Quebec)?

Please take the following in your consideration:
- I hold Armenian passport and nationality.
- I submit the request of student visa by myself online on Abu Dhabi.
- Submission confirm date was 02nd Dec. 2015.

1. It won't work. Both things happen at the same time.
2. You aren't from TRV exempted country, so stamping will be at Abu Dhabi.

Now, I wonder if I get the approval, can I ask to pause it till I get my passport back?
