I applied online from Kuwait, can I go to Abu Dhabi to submit my passport?

When I get my passport request, if I want to receive my passport faster, can I go to the Abu Dhabi visa office in person to submit my passport instead of submitting it to the VAC in Kuwait?

When did you apply? Have you passed your medicals? There is no reason to go there now if you haven't received a request submit passport...
