No feedback for study visa from Abu Dhabi. PLEASE HELP, IM SCARED

I applied at VFS global in Qatar on April 3rd for a student visa. However as of today, I have not received any feedback from CIC. In the VFS tracking it just says that my application is being processed at Abu Dhabi. It already been nearly 9 weeks, (normal processing time is 5-8 weeks) and I did not even receive the medical request. I sent a case specific inquiry, but no reply. Do you think there is a problem with my application? Can somebody please advice me.

Do you think they are delaying my visa because my course starts on September? And if I dont hear anything from the embassy, is it possible for me to go back to my home country (Sri Lanka) to re apply for the visa again in case CIC Abu Dhabi lost my application. So it will be processed in Sri Lanka and Abu Dhabi. Many thanks guys. Im freaking out so much, please helpppp

Have you linked your paper application online so you can check status and medical request? CIC requested medical for some but they never received a call or email until they linked their application and realized they had already requested it.

Since the application is processing in Abu Dhabi maybe you should be aware that processing time in Abu Dhabi is 14 weeks now.

Since the application is processing in Abu Dhabi maybe you should be aware that processing time in Abu Dhabi is 14 weeks now.
