Inland Spouse Sponsorship open work permit

Can anyone advise me please for inland spouse application, on top of all required applications, to file an open work permit with the inland spouse application
IMM5710 - is this the right application to file for an open work permit?

Can someone who filed it previously advise?
I am struggling right now and can't decide which application form it should be

We are planning to apply online for PR.
I already have a closed work permit. Which form do I need to fill and how do I apply online.
as per the above link, I will have to apply for an open work permit separately only after PR is approved in principle or I can apply after getting AOR?
