Spouse sponsorship open work permit queries, pls help

Hi,
My husband is a PR holder in canada. need to know that only inland spouse sponsorship have permitted to apply for open work permit or even outland spouse sponsorship can apply for open work permit.
If i apply for outland spouse sponsorship will i get my PR faster then inland process.

pls reply would be helpful to make a decision

From previous post what I can say is outland spouse sponsorship is faster than inland but again few processing time depends on PA country and Visa office. And I think you can't apply for open work permit if you choose outland spouse sponsorship.

Only inland applicants can apply for an OWP with the PR app.
