Have you guys got an email from CIC like this? Just got this email today and wondering what is this all about. I checked my application status and medical was already received. I don't know if they going to request to re-do the medical because its already over a year since my family member had it. Or maybe passport request etc...

The family member(s) you have listed in your application are required to undergo
immigration examination pursuant to the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and
Regulations whether or not they have been included for concurrent processing for permanent
residence. Our office in Manila will be contacting your family members.

My medical expired before I got AIP but in the email they just said I needed my fingerprints done. Pretty wierd they never told me to get new ones right? I am hoping they extended mine and didn't tell me!!
It would be cruel if they told me in 6 months that I need new ones....
It is cruel, indeed.....exactly the right word. But....who is care how all people like me...are feel. The most important is that....I work and I pay my taxes.

OMG CIC123 I am so happy for you! You and I have the same timeline...but I am not gonna lie, it also made me a bit sad that I haven't received anything yet . I hope that my turn comes very soon . All the best to you and everybody else in the waiting game, lets hope CIC have geared up and will be giving lots of DMs and interview very soon.

I read that quite a number of you get an email or a mail to notify your DM. I saw my DM status on the ecas though and I didn't get any emails or mail or calls. I checked my emails and mailbox everyday but there isn't anything about it. Is there a cause of worry? I got my DM last friday.
Hi guys! So finally got my AIP yesterday nite, my wife got it and called me at work, and later I got an email too saying I eligible to apply for residency! Have to send a new police report though! After the long wait I am so thankful to God! And thanks to all 2012er who have helped on this long CIC journey! Hope my second stage won't be as stressful as the first!
