congrats, i landed on June 20th, so i should expect the card around september

around there mine took around 3 months plus

it's a never ending wait with these people...I booked a flight home for the end of this month, now i have to apply for a travel document - sheesh!

received pr card last thursday finally.. done with cic till 2015 for citizenship

wow, this thread has not been posted in for atleast 60 days..

Maybe because people who applied in 2010 are PR's now except me

So after waiting for almost 3 years, me and my husband were approved for the 1st stage last Oct. 2013.

Now, waiting for the 2nd stage...

I phoned CIC yesterday to ask if my background checks are already in process... the lady said it's done...

So I got excited

I phoned again this morning to confirm that and the guy said yes, it's done ..I asked the date and he said it was completed last January 16, 2014...

The next step is for CIC Edmonton to contact embassy in Manila for my dependent...

I also emailed Canadian Embassy Manila informing them about this... Still waiting for the answer...

I'm just happy that finally, it's getting closer and closer! I miss my son already and I know, this year we'll be together! wuhooo!

I only have 2 years to go too.
And actually hubby and I thought she took it but we just found it tonight in the folder. We must have over looked it.
Are you going to ask Service Canada? I am afraid of going because they might think I am misrepresenting myself with the work permit and trying to say I am a temporary person when I am permanent now. That's not the case though. I just really need to get either a temporary or permanent one soon. I would really hate to wait almost 2 months or longer. Ugh... Are you going to contact them too about this issue? I would love to know how it goes.

started processing your Applicaton Feb 2011
Interview Scheduled on March 2015

i have got letter for the medicals, i have done the medical exam on July 2015, still i dont have any response and my ECAS is not changing.

Kindly support me on your experience.

Your landing interview was scheduled for March. If you missed this date , pls call CIC to reschedule your interview . By the way, this tread is for those who submitter their application in Canada while living in Canada.
