Yes Addition of Spouse Name

Then how come no police verification?
I have also given for change in marital status and my current address change will have Canadian address.
Submitted on 10th March
Right now it is passport being reviewed at the embassy.
I wonder what is granting initiated and application granted step?
Can anyone explain. I never saw that in my case

Hi guys, need your help pls, my passport is expiring in June, when I checked online they are asking for copr/landing paper. I remember while landing they didnt give it back to me as far as I remember but I tried to searched everywhere and unable to find it. I do have my valid PR card. Can I apply for renew my passport with just PR card?
And I have already apply for reissuing record of lading/copr in Jan. Havent got any reply yet, am worried.

Also my old passport doesnt have my husband's name so in the new passport I need to add his name, am not changing my surname just add him , is there a different procedure? Any help would be appreciated

Landing paper/COPR original is mandatory; you need to show original of COPR and PR card and give xerox copies of the same only.

Go see the checklist on BLS International website under passport renewal tab, pg 5 of 7. No different process, just usual process with extra document as listed below:
-->For addition/deletion of spouse name or change of name/surname - Due to marriage/divorce: {Photocopy of registered marriage certificate should be provided with the application} OR {Passport copy of spouse having spouse name endorsed/ at the last page of Indian Passport.}


In unrelated news: Any idea what PV_VERIFICATION_FK: 202 means in the inspect mode? Means PV or no PV? I don't have change in Indian address.

Thank you for replying I did find in faq that we can submit old PR card that has immigration category or study visa issued from India. So I am going to apply with those. Fingers crossed

I am planning to do postal service as I live outside of brampton. How much is the fees I found $103.40 on the website. and I'll use pickup and drop off so return courier will be covered by that

Alright guys, Good luck to me. I select pick up and drop off but will got to purolator location to drop off the application with shipping label and to get purolator envelope which comes with it so lets see.
