Indian Passport Renewal from BLS Toronto

Received email to provide landing paper which I dont have and I have applied for it in January but havent received it yet.
As per CGI I can submit the PR copy that has immigration category on it and my study permit that was issues in India. I have replied to the email , fingers crossed they accept it.

I dont have copr I actually dont remember officer giving me anything back , I even remember asking officer shouldnt I have anything, he said nope you will recieve your pr card. I still tried to find it everywhere didnt find it. So I applied for VOS in January no reply since, I cannot even check status online smh
Also this is my second PP renewal from Toronto, I did my previous PP renewal when I was on Work permit.
Status shows pending

I couldn't find an active thread for BLS Ottawa so please excuse me for asking in this thread.
Did anyone apply for PCC from BLS Ottawa? What does the recent timeline looks like?

Hi Pari, That's great that you received their email, they returned my application because the landing paper is missing, I do need to send them my documents again and pay cad 90 to Purolator and BL to pick up and drop off my documents. They could have sent the email and asked for documents instead of returning my documents and asking me to pay again, very disappointed with the services.

Hey, was it just landing paper missing or anything else missing too, was your missing self-attested copies?

OMG guys my status now says Under process, does that mean they accepted my explanation and alternates I submitted instead of landing paper?

What does your status says? Mine was reached on 4th so it should update like in 2 or 3 days, finger crossed

It was showing the same for me too before the pending status so hopefully yours changes to Under process soon, You didnt receive any email communication right

No communication. that's where I am getting anxious. Did I miss the email? I'll wait one more day and then I'll call them

I think I only received email coz I was missing the document. Maybe your application is all good and sent to process but didnt update online
