My name is Gautam. I want to ask you about something about spouse visa. In last October I have gone to India for my marriage. But in that there was a problem that my parents and all my relatives were against my marriage so I decided to do Court Marriage without telling any on my relatives or family members.The same situation was on the other side means on my wife side that her family was also not ready to accept our marriage. So the thing is that when I had a marriage in court two of my friends where knowing about our marriage and with the scare of our families we were in a hurry to compete our court marriage as soon as possible. In this case we had not clicked any pictures of our marriage.So after coming back to canada after marriage I have applied for my spouse visa file for my wife but I got a rejection saying that you have not put your picture about your marriage.So for this case what can I do for this ? I have to go to India back and click the pictures with a traditional marriage manner or else I can give them a more explanation about my marriage then it will be ok or not.
Please let me know your views in comment about this situation.
