Religious wedding before court marriage, separate dates

Hello All,

I am applying for PR for my spouse in India and have 1 confusion about dates.

We got married Indian Hindu wedding in December 2023 but our court marriage date is in January 2024 (2 separate dates).

So while filling application I understand I enter court marriage date but is it ok to have different dates for marriage?

Yes. In lots of countries they are separate ceremonies / events. (Technically they are in Canada too but most people don't know that - it's just that the 'religious' officiant is basically deputized by the state, and so the ceremonies usually held together and people don't realize they're distinct things).
