Did you refer to any online coaching / material or how did you practice. I simple dont understand as what they are looking for in writing and how to score 7. Any suggestion?
That will not take long. CRS will eventually go down. Just look at the trend. I don't have the time to make a detailed analysis but from 468 at the start of this year to 423 after only 4 months.

Cohesion, how you write the sentences or paragraphs. You must have a paragraph for each bullet in the writing task. Read the online examples then try to write them in your own words. If you already familiar with the structure, do as much essay as you can.
At 401, tried IELTS 3 times and got 6.5 in writing every single time. Just got result for 29th april, L,R,W,S - 8.5, 9, 6.5, 7. so disappointing, cant get hold of that half mark

Do a lot of practice. I also got 6.5 on my 2nd attempt. My first was 7.5. It is also subjective and depends on the examiner. You can try for remarking.

For writing you just need a practise book . First read the letter or essay , then make bullet points and then write . Do this for a few days to learn the method of writing and to learn the ideas. Then after that try to write in time .. You will definately improve.
In the exam , try to give 4 relevant points and explain them. Only 4 points are enough if your explanation is right.

Acvording to me.. you have to be in canada to obtain pnp. Because i have seen a lot of people who applies for pnp from India but couldn't have it. For CIC your scores should be higher but there is a chance that crs score could drop below 400 . You can get ita after that. Good luck for then..
